1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Clarity Coach (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App.
2. Service Overview
Clarity Coach is a mobile application designed to help users improve clarity of thinking and communication through short training exercises.
The App analyzes user input and provides structured feedback designed to improve expression clarity.
The Service is intended for personal use only.

3. User Responsibilities
By using the App you agree:
- not to submit unlawful or harmful content
- not to attempt to disrupt or exploit the Service
- not to misuse AI systems or infrastructure
Users are responsible for the content they submit during exercises.
4. AI-Generated Analysis
Clarity Coach uses automated AI systems to analyze text or speech input and generate feedback.
These outputs are provided for educational and training purposes only.
They should not be interpreted as professional advice.
5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some features of Clarity Coach may require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their store account settings.
Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
The Developer cannot issue refunds directly.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Clarity Coach, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to Zamrudila Apps.
Users receive a limited license to use the App for personal purposes only.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted service
- perfect analysis results
- specific outcomes from training exercises
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zamrudila Apps shall not be liable for:
- loss of data
- indirect or consequential damages
- issues arising from third-party services
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- these Terms are violated
- the Service is misused
- required for legal or technical reasons
Upon termination, the right to use the App ends immediately.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws depending on the user’s jurisdiction.
